POST: TRAINEE & PROJECT ENGINEER

Qualification: Full time (4 years) BE / B. Tech/ B.Sc. Engg. (4 Years) / ME/M.Tech in Aerospace/ Aeronautical Engineering. (Candidates with ME/ M.Tech Qualification should compulsorily possess for General, OBC and EWS candidates and Pass Class for SC, ST and PWD candidates. Method of conversion of CGPA to percentage has to be attached.
Post Qualification Experience as on 01.04.2021:
Candidates should have minimum 6 (Six) months of post qualification industry experience in the following areas is desirable:
1. For Trainee Engineer- I :
Candidates with 0 to 1 Year of post qualification and relevant Industrial experience.
2. For Project Engineer- I :
(i) (ii) B.E/B.Tech/B.sc (Engg) - Candidates with minimum two years of post qualification and relevant Industrial experience. M.E/M.Tech – No post qualification experience required. However the experience in the relevant field is desirable.
Period of contract: For Trainee Engineer- I : One (1) Year from the date of joining. However, the same may be extended upto a maximum of Three years (including initial period) depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate. For Project Engineer- I : Two (2) Years from the date of joining. However, the same may be extended upto a maximum of Four years (including initial period) depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate.
Skill sets required for Trainee Engineers--I (TE-) and Project Engineers-I (PE) Skills Sets for UAVs: Experience/Domain Knowledge/college projects in one or more fields
(a) Design and Structural Analysis of Air frames
(b) System Engineering of Aerial vehicles (c) Design & Analysis of Guidance systems
(d) Design of Control systems for Aerial vehicles
(e) Thermal Analysis of Aerospace Structure
(f) Design of Autopilot for Aerial vehicles (g) Simulator Development Terrains generations/Path Planning
(h) Knowledge of Communication System (i) Programming experience in C/C++, Python, ROS, ML & AI
(j) Working knowledge on CAD tools such as CATIA, PRO-E, AUTO-CAD, SOLID WORKS etc. and analysis tools such as ANSYS, MATLANB etc.
(k) Flight testing and Piloting of Small/Medium Size UAVs is desirable. (l) Knowledge on maintenance of Aircrafts.
RESERVATION: The above mentioned posts are reserved for General Category candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
a) Candidates should meet the qualifying criteria as specified in the advertisement. Internal candidates of BEL are not eligible to apply.
b) Candidates who are meeting the specified criteria will be called for a Written Test, for 85
marks.
c) Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview, based on merit in the written test, in the ratio of 1:5.

You have to select SBI branch in the payment option and download pre-printed challan generated through SBI Collect and deposit the application fee (as applicable) plus applicable bank charges in any SBI Branch. The candidate should ensure to obtain the seal and signature of the bank official.
d. Candidates have to enter the “SBI Collect reference No.” generated after payment, in the Application Form. The receipt should be attached with the Application form.
e. Candidates may go through all instructions and eligibility criteria carefully before remitting Application Fee and submitting the application. Fee once paid will not be refunded.
