Pay Scale:

EII Grade Rs.40000–3%-140,000 + admissible allowances

UPPER  AGE LIMIT  AS  ON  01.09.2022:

The  age  limit  should  not  be  more  than  25  years  for  General  &  EWS  candidates.  The  upper  age  limit will  be  relaxable  for  OBC  candidates  by  03  years  and  SC/ST  candidates  by  05  years.  For  candidates belonging  to  Persons  with  Benchmark  Disability  (PwBD)  category  having  minimum  40%  disability  or more  will  get  10  years‟  of  age  relaxation  in  addition  to  the  respective  category  and  for  ExServicemen(ESM)  relaxation is  as per  government  guidelines. SSLC/SSC/ISC  mark  card  and  any  other  valid  document  will  be  considered  as  proof  of  date of  birth. 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : 

Deputy  Engineer:  B.E/ B.Tech /B.Sc  Engineering  (4  years  course)  or  equivalent  from  AICTE approved/ recognised  Institute /University /College  in  the  following  Engineering  disciplines  – Electronics.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

•   To  Work  as  Nodal  Engineer,  responsible  for  providing  effective  product  support  for  all  BEL equipments in the Command &  Control station &  associated field Units of  Customer. 
•   Liaison  between  the  customer  and  BEL  for  AMCs,  Services,  supply  of  spares,  and  for  product support activities.  Liaison &  Coordination with  Vendors, OEMs for  resolution of Complaints. 
•   Work  on  maintenance  of  Electronics  Equipments  like  Servers,  Work  Stations,  Network  Switches, Storage,  Displays, UPS  and Computer Hardware. 
•   Work  on  Operating  System  Porting,  Software  Application  porting,  System  performance  testing, System  integration  testing,  Installation,  Commissioning,  setting  to  work  at  remote  sites  and  field trials. 
•   Reporting  to BEL  regarding  status and progress of  warranty  &  AMC maintenance. 
•   In  addition to above, any  work based on the  future  requirement of  BEL,  will  also be assigned. 

REMUNERATION: 

Pay  scale  of  Rs.40,000/-  -3%-Rs.1,40,000/-.  In  addition  to  Basic  Pay,  other  allowances  like Dearness  Allowance,  House  Rent  Allowance,  35%  of  the  Basic  Pay  as  perquisites, Performance  Related  Pay  (PRP),  Group  Insurance,  Medical  Facilities,  Provident  Fund, Pension, Gratuity, as per  the Company‟s  rules will  be  part of  the  remuneration package. 

METHOD OF SELECTION: 

Selection  will  be  through  a  Written  Test  followed  by  Interview  (only  for  those  candidates  who  qualify in the  written test).Written test will  be  conducted at Delhi/NCR.
